Working Out...Positivity

Good morning Sunday goers! I thought I would share with you my weight struggle!! :)
So, we all know that when you have a baby you gain weight....for my body the average was 25-35 pounds well, I gained 35 pounds! I thought to myself...oh my this is NEVER going to come off! 
In the first maybe five weeks I lost 30 pounds! I was so excited, because I know how women struggle with losing the baby weight!! That was me just breastfeeding and eating decent! Well, then the struggle came!! Those last five pounds just didn't want to leave me!! And they STILL don't, but now they have decided to add on!! I was ready to get those last pounds off and decided to buy a treadmill!
 So, I have my treadmill and I was trying my hardest to get on that thing once a day, all depending on the little rugrat! So, for the first two weeks (I've only had it for four weeks!) I thought walking would help, since before I was doing zero exercise expect for the occasional walk around the neighborhood with Mason in his stroller or taking the dogs out to go to the bathroom or for a mini walk! BOY! Was I wrong!! I started eating better, but I would step on that scale and would get sick, because I was gaining!
 Well, at the time I started the workout journey, aunt flow came to visit, my mom always says you gain water weight so that is probably why you haven't seen anything different on the scale! (Yes I know, I shouldn't go off the scale! But what female doesn't) Well aunt flow left, and I ended up gaining two pounds!! I was so disappointed and felt I'm not going to walk anymore it's obviously isn't doing anything! I also know that it doesn't just come off like that! But all I could see was how I used to look when I was at Tech running in only a sports bra and biker shorts! Now! What happened to that BODY!?! Oh...yeah I got older and had a baby five and a half months ago!! 
Yes, I should be patient with the weight but I just CAN'T! It's killing me! :) (I'm sitting here smiling, laughing at myself)!! I know you should look at yourself in the mirror and if you feel good about what you see than you are doing well! Well, some days I felt skinnier than the previous, so I would jump on that scale pumped up and BAM! What did I see!? Weight GAIN!! So, I have been SO discouraged!! 
I was even thinking my ONLY solution was to get on pills...well, I am still breastfeeding so that is out of the question!! I only have about eight pounds to be at my pre-pregnancy weight! But I of course want to lose just a little more!! I'm hoping for about 15 pounds!!
I keep telling myself, I just have to keep up with what I am doing! But now instead of my walking I'm actually RUNNING...WOW...do I feel SOOO out of shape! But in two days I've already dropped my mile time by 15 seconds! I think that's pretty good! Once, I hit my goal time, I will be adding more distance! Hoping by the end of this I'll be running like I was when I was at Tech miles at a time without dying!!! :) 
In a week I will be adding some resistance and weight training, and of course some AB workouts, but just haven't because I don't want to lay on the floor and get UNWANTED dog hair!! Sadly, this is the last weekend I'm going to have with my dogs for awhile!! 


 Yes, I have seen some changes in my legs!! So, it's obviously working...just not the way I would like!! 
Basically, all I am trying to get at is STAY POSITIVE! Whatever your goal or situation is!!! You'll get there!!! And if you need some encouragement! Send me a message, I would be glad to share some positive words!! Also, if you have any quick workouts that have helped for you please share!! I will share anything that ends up working for me!!!
