Okay...So, these past couple of days I have been thinking of the night I went into labor! I don't know why...but I have...I've also been going through my pictures of that night/morning!! All the memories I have and the people I was able to share them with!! I guess I find it crazy that Mason is almost six months!! When people say don't take your time for granted they grow fast...they aren't kidding!! Tonight I found myself staring at Mason as he was sleeping right next to me! When I too should be sleeping...He just makes me so happy, and puts a smile on my face every time I look at him!! So, this post is mainly going to be pictures....I was looking through a lot...and I thought he was a cute baby...I'll be honest some of the pictures I'm like...that's Mason!? He has changed SOO much in five months, it's incredible!

Good morning Sunday goers! I thought I would share with you my weight struggle!! :)
So, we all know that when you have a baby you gain weight....for my body the average was 25-35 pounds well, I gained 35 pounds! I thought to myself...oh my this is NEVER going to come off!
In the first maybe five weeks I lost 30 pounds! I was so excited, because I know how women struggle with losing the baby weight!! That was me just breastfeeding and eating decent! Well, then the struggle came!! Those last five pounds just didn't want to leave me!! And they STILL don't, but now they have decided to add on!! I was ready to get those last pounds off and decided to buy a treadmill!
So, I have my treadmill and I was trying my hardest to get on that thing once a day, all depending on the little rugrat! So, for the first two weeks (I've only had it for four weeks!) I thought walking would help, since before I was doing zero exercise expect for the occasional walk around the neighborhood with Mason in his stroller or taking the dogs out to go to the bathroom or for a mini walk! BOY! Was I wrong!! I started eating better, but I would step on that scale and would get sick, because I was gaining!
Well, at the time I started the workout journey, aunt flow came to visit, my mom always says you gain water weight so that is probably why you haven't seen anything different on the scale! (Yes I know, I shouldn't go off the scale! But what female doesn't) Well aunt flow left, and I ended up gaining two pounds!! I was so disappointed and felt I'm not going to walk anymore it's obviously isn't doing anything! I also know that it doesn't just come off like that! But all I could see was how I used to look when I was at Tech running in only a sports bra and biker shorts! Now! What happened to that BODY!?! Oh...yeah I got older and had a baby five and a half months ago!!
Yes, I should be patient with the weight but I just CAN'T! It's killing me! :) (I'm sitting here smiling, laughing at myself)!! I know you should look at yourself in the mirror and if you feel good about what you see than you are doing well! Well, some days I felt skinnier than the previous, so I would jump on that scale pumped up and BAM! What did I see!? Weight GAIN!! So, I have been SO discouraged!!
I was even thinking my ONLY solution was to get on pills...well, I am still breastfeeding so that is out of the question!! I only have about eight pounds to be at my pre-pregnancy weight! But I of course want to lose just a little more!! I'm hoping for about 15 pounds!!
I keep telling myself, I just have to keep up with what I am doing! But now instead of my walking I'm actually RUNNING...WOW...do I feel SOOO out of shape! But in two days I've already dropped my mile time by 15 seconds! I think that's pretty good! Once, I hit my goal time, I will be adding more distance! Hoping by the end of this I'll be running like I was when I was at Tech miles at a time without dying!!! :)
In a week I will be adding some resistance and weight training, and of course some AB workouts, but just haven't because I don't want to lay on the floor and get UNWANTED dog hair!! Sadly, this is the last weekend I'm going to have with my dogs for awhile!!
Yes, I have seen some changes in my legs!! So, it's obviously working...just not the way I would like!!
Basically, all I am trying to get at is STAY POSITIVE! Whatever your goal or situation is!!! You'll get there!!! And if you need some encouragement! Send me a message, I would be glad to share some positive words!! Also, if you have any quick workouts that have helped for you please share!! I will share anything that ends up working for me!!!

I just looked over at Mason, (as you know from my other post he always has to be with me)....well he is in his swing...PASSED out!! I looked at him again...and thought to myself...man I love him!!
So, last night I was supposed to put Mason in his crib because he hasn't been sleeping throughout the night so I told myself I would try putting him in there to see if that would help! Well, I COULDN'T :/ And he actually slept pretty much the whole night laying on his side of the bed! But I WILL be trying it tonight!! So I say!! :) haha...
I have ONE STUBBORN boy!!! He needs/wants to be held ALL the time, so yesterday I needed to get stuff done. He fell asleep on my lap as I was watching TV, so I thought okay lets put him in his crib so I can do some stuff. Well, as soon as I put him down, he woke up! But I let him cry it out...and let me tell you..he CRIED for 30 minutes until he fell asleep!!! (I shut the bedroom door, and just watched one of my shows). Now, I know he can do it!!

Earlier we took the dogs out, he was in his backpack carrier (the weather here is nasty) I didn't think it would start raining on us...well it did...and we were on the other side of the property!! Well, I can't really run with him in that thing or he would be flying everywhere so we had to power walk...I'm trying to block him from the rain, I'm getting wet, he's getting wet, the dogs are getting wet! I'm sure anyone who was watching us thought we looked like crazies!! Well more me because of the way I was trying to block the rain from Mason!!
I know I am rambling and talking about several different things, sorry about that!! :) I keep remembering things that this little man is doing!
I am about to have my hands FULL!! Mason is now wanting to be on the move! He keeps flipping over ...he'll be on his back then I turn for a second and he's on his stomach trying to crawl around on the bed!! He wiggled out of his swing the other day and I had put him in there not even 30 seconds before he did that!! I can't wait for our new place! New carpet so he can roll ALL around on that!!
Dogs will be at my Dad's! So just Mason and I!! We are pretty excited!! But I am VERY sad about giving my dogs away! But, I keep telling myself it's for the best...my dad and stepmom will be wonderful to them!! :)

So, tonight was the NIGHT! By that I mean it was going to be RICE CEREAL night! Well! It was A LOT harder than what they made it seem!!! They need instuctions on the box! Not just the instructions on how much breast milk to add with the cereal....BUT how and when you should try and feed the little one!! Lordy!! Not what I expected!! Let's just say....we didn't succeed!! HaHa!! Until the NEXT time!!
As you can see he WANTED to eat ASAP!!! He wasn't there long!!! He ended up eating from ME! Not the rice cereal!! Gotta love him!! :) He'll get it!! I just have to get him used to it!!

Today, was one lazy day! We didn't go anywhere! But for me, it was NOT lazy! I cleaned, did laundry...starting to go through my closet....SOON it will be moving day!! I need to get my closet in check!! :) I already have a pile that is VERY high...some clothes that have NEVER been worn!! Just three weeks until I am in the new place! I am super excited!!

It NEVER fails! As soon as I pull up the website, he can be SOUND asleep, but then wakes up! It's CRAZY! He wants ALL the attention!! Gotta love him!! I am trying to get better at writing on here, but he seems to think it isn't as important as I think!! :)
I started writing this an hour ago!! He is FINALLY asleep! Hopefully until tomorrow around 6:00 am! Lets see how he wants to treat me tonight!! :)

So, every Tuesday my sister and I go to Chick Fila, hang out for awhile, and sometimes go to Target. Well, today I told her NO Target I end up spending too much money, and so does she!! But of course I needed to go to but some feminine products and dog food! I told myself go to those sections and that is it!! (Jenny didn't accompany to Target!) So, of course I didn't do what I told myself to do! I just can't resist walking around looking at EVERYTHING!! I tend to ALWAYS end up in the baby section looking at clothes! I don't think there is a time I don't go into the baby section! Tonight I bought Mason a new outfit! It's the cutest thing ever! I think every time I go, Jenny goes, or my mom goes-we always seem to pick up an outfit!! This kid has SOOO many clothes! He needs a bigger dresser! Not to mention he already has a closet that is half full!! Can you say SPOILED!!
Sooo stinking cute! It's getting warmer here, so of course he needs some stylish shorts!! :) I can't wait to get him some swim shorts! The two of us are so blessed with what we are able to give ourselves! And also what we receive from others! Jenny (Aunt Nay Nay) always spoils him! And his MiMi of course!
Well, I've been telling myself I needed to talk to a modeling agency and see how to get him into modeling! I took the first step tonight and sent in an application! Lets hope they like his look!! I don't see why they wouldn't!! He is one handsome boy!!
Golly he's such a little stunner! Sorry if I brag too much! I still think....WoW I brought this little monster into this world!! He is such a miracle!

I cannot believe Spring is almost here! Time is going FASTER and FASTER as I get older!! When I was pregnant I didn't think I was EVER going to have him! Now look he is already 5 months!!
We move into our new place around the 31st and I am super excited!!! It's going to be GREAT!! I will be getting a break from my dogs! Thanks Dad and Sharon for taking them in!! Since Mason will be crawling and walking soon, we don't need any dogs around! My plate will be full of MASON! I'm going to miss them, but I have to keep telling myself it's for the better, not only for me but for them as well! They aren't getting the attention they deserve right now!!
Geez...I remember when all the pictures in my iphoto were ALL of them...It took me awhile to find this one!! :( They have been REPLACED!! HaHa! I love them still...bentley not as much! haha
So, crazy!! How things change!!

There have been several woman I know having babies, so I would like to congratulate you all! Welcome to motherhood! Cherish every moment, because it goes by WAY too FAST!
Those of you who are pregnant but almost to the labor day!! Good luck! You will do fabulous! If your baby is being a little stubborn...check out my labor dance! It worked for me!! (Well, and I'm sure the 2 mile walks...galloping on curbs...running/walking up stairs helped as well!!)
