So, like I have said before, I need to get on here more! But the older Mason gets the less time I get to myself! Let's just say he calls ALL the shots! If you are a mother you know what I'm talking about! If you are pregnant you will know what I am talking about, and if you are wanting to be a mother you will learn from what I have to say!
I was just reading my friends blog, but unfortunately I wasn't able to really concentrate on it, because I had a whining baby to the right of me! So, excuse me if I took any of your ideas, I'm not meaning too! (She had her baby I think four days before Mason)!! This little man has really gotten louder the past couple of months! Doesn't he understand that momma is allowed to have a break sometimes too!?! This momma right here needs a break! Before, I was able to take a shower with no problem! But recently, I don't know what has gotten into him but it is VERY hard! I have to decide what I will get to do when the chance comes! Like...do I take the dogs out? If I take the dogs out then I can't shower...or do I clean...well if I clean then I won't be able to take the dogs out...you get the point! It has been VERY frustrating!
Before, I was able to clean take a shower do my hair and still have time to take the dogs out...Now I try to bust my butt to try and get as much as I can when that "chance" time comes! Like right now....my little chance is to write a post...but I have been interrupted because the little man doesn't seem to want to sit in his swing and let mom do what she wants to do! The funny thing is...when I stand up to walk over to him, he will stop crying! I mean this kid already knows how to work me!! I love him to death but sometimes he needs to just hang out and enjoy his toys, while his mom enjoys her time! Wishful thinking I know!!!
I bought a treadmill the other day, I put it together with no help, it should have probably have taken at most two hours...well the lady over here it took a little over five hours.....hahaha!!!
So, like I said this little boy calls the shots! I am trying to relax and write this and he decides he needs my attention....so here we are....momma trying to write her blog while baby sits on her- :) kicking her arm making her have more than her fair share of typos!
As long as he isn't crying, I am one happy person!! :)
Last night my sister Jenny and I oh and of course Mason went on our regular Tuesday outing-Chick Fila and then Target...While we were at Target we saw a shirt...."Beware Teething" he needs that shirt for everyday of the week.... :) A teething baby=not a fun baby!
Like my family says, "as long as he is good in public, that's all that matters". Yeah! If ya'll say so!! HaHa!! I should let them come over for the day, since they are the enablers with holding him so much!
Motherhood is awesome! You have your ups and downs but at the end of the day all you can do is smile at this wonderful human being you created!! Well, at least that is how I feel! I wouldn't change a thing in my past because then I wouldn't have this beautiful baby!
